Dear colleague
applicants to the International PhD Programme Mainz filled in our registration form and stated the names and email addresses of the referees they nominated. Our application database then sends an automated message to this email address and a link affiliating the application uploaded by the applicant and the reference letter uploaded by the referee.
If you did not receive this email, please kindly download the following Word template, fill it in and send the reference letter as PDF to us phd(at)imb.de.
Please mention the name of the applicant. We will then upload your reference letter.
